Recruit Players

Players reach level 10, and after reaching the age of 20, they can be transferred to become a player-coach, or they can be completely transferred to a coach. Both the player-coach and the coach can go to the Youth Academy to recruit new players.

Coach Training

Level 10 and the age of 20 years old, you can get the coach status by learning the coaching knowledge.

Player-coach can train and recruit youth players at the same time, but if they appear as coaches in the team's lineup, they will not be able to get the coach's bonus.

Coaches can only recruit youth players and participate in competitions. When they appear as coaches in the team's lineup, they can add their own attributes to all players.

Recruit Players

A player card with coaching status can enter the Youth Academy of the stadium and recruit outstanding youth players.

Recruiting players requires two coach cards and a certain amount of tokens.

Recruitment takes 24 hours, and the card cannot be retrieved in the middle. After the time is up, you will get a new unknown player card, and you can get a new player after opening it. The attributes of new players are related to the two coaches involved in the recruitment, and also have a certain relationship with the level of the stadium.

Each coach can only recruit players for a maximum of 7 times. After each recruitment, there will be a cooling-off period, and the cooling-off period will increase with the number of recruits.
